The 2023 TCS London Marathon finisher’s medal will once again depict London’s iconic skyline and capture the community spirit of the event with the engraved words, “We Finished Together”.

Designed to be bold and accessible, the medal proudly recognises every finisher’s inspiring 26.2 mile journey and captures its ongoing message of unity as part of the We Run Together campaign.

Embossed with braille and featuring a ribbon made from recycled materials, inclusivity and environmental sustainability remain at the heart of the 43-year-old event.

Now, it's time for us to run together around the world and write our own stories. If you're joining us this year, we hope you’ll wear your medal with pride.

Over 26.2 miles we’ll find out who we are and what we can achieve. We’ll follow in the footsteps of legends, source inspiration from those around us and experience a world-famous event unlike any other.

The 2023 TCS London Marathon will challenge us, unite us, uplift us and be a testament to both our individual and collective strength.
