Notes: Ashete Bekere was fourth at the 2020 Virgin Money London Marathon, which ended an impressive run that saw her win three marathons in a row, a sequence starting with Valencia in December 2018 and culminating in Berlin 2019 when she lowered her PB to 2:20:14. In between she won the Rotterdam Marathon. In a marathon career going back to 2011, Bekere has hit a rich vein of form in recent years and she is remarkably consistent over the distance. In 21 races, she has never placed outside the top 10 and only three times outside the top five.
