Notes: Brigid Kosgei has won the past two editions of the Virgin Money London Marathon and is the current world record holder for the marathon. She took more than 80 seconds from Paula Radcliffe’s 16-year-old world record at the 2019 Chicago Marathon when she ran 2:14:04. She was a dominant winner on the St James’s Park course in the 2020 Virgin Money London Marathon and won a silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics. She grew up in in Elgeyo-Marakwet county, a region in Kenya’s Rift Valley, and is the mother of twins: Faith and Brian.
