The leaders of the elite women's field at the 2022 TCS London Marathon

How to follow

Whether you're supporting from the sidelines in London or watching at home on BBC iPlayer, here's how you can catch all the action.

Come down and support the runners

The route takes in some of the most famous landmarks in the city and spectators are welcome to watch from almost anywhere along the 26.2-mile stretch. The Highway will enable you to see everyone pass twice! Please note that some parts of the route – including the areas by Cutty Sark and St James's Park – do get very busy on Marathon Day.
