Get kitted out with New Balance
The Royal Institution is just a stone’s throw from New Balance’s flagship store on Oxford Street – where your Meet Our Experts experience will continue in special breakout sessions with New Balance footwear experts. Here you’ll learn all about how to avoid injury and get the opportunity to ask any other questions.
There’ll also be the chance to have your gait checked, ask what to wear throughout your training and on the big day itself, and get an exclusive first look at New Balance’s TCS London Marathon training collection – and of course do some shopping!
Everything you need to know
Back at The Royal Institution, a wide range of specialists in physiotherapy, psychology, nutrition and hydration, as well as past participants and London Marathon Events staff, will be on hand to answer all your queries. There will also be British Sign Language interpreters available should you need them.
Together, we’ll provide everything you need to know for both preparing for the event and getting to the Finish. We’re here to reassure you about what you’re doing right – and to suggest ways you could improve.
You can also drop by one of the many stands to find out more about some of our other sponsors and partners, including Buxton Water and Lucozade Sport and chat to their experts – plus Bloomsbury Books will be bringing some of their top health and fitness authors along for you to meet and question.
