Prize draw Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter (as defined at paragraph 2 below) is holding a prize draw on the day of the 2023 Meet Our Experts event (Saturday, 4 February 2023) (the ‘Event’), whereby Event ticketholders in each session (09:00, 12:00 and 15:00) are offered the chance to win three (3) tickets (for themselves and their two (2) guests) to hospitality at the Finish Line of the 2023 TCS London Marathon, which is to be held on Sunday, 23 April 2023 (the ‘Prize’), by entering in accordance with paragraph 4 below (the ‘Prize Draw’).
2. The ‘Promoter’ of the Prize Draw is London Marathon Events Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 01528489 and whose registered office is at 190 Great Dover Street, London, England, SE1 4YB.
3. The Prize Draw is open to all Event ticketholders who are UK residents (excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw) (‘Qualifying Attendees’).
4. How the Prize Draw works:
   • All ticket holders of the 2023 Meet Our Experts event will be entered into the Prize Draw (the ‘Entrant(s)’) and a winner per session will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process.
5. There is a limit of one entry to the Prize Draw (‘Entry’) per person.
6. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no further purchase is necessary to submit an Entry.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
8. By purchasing a ticket for the 2023 Meet Our Experts event Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to refuse entry to the Prize Draw, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, for any reason and at any time, to provide only part (or replace any part) of the Prize.
10. The three winners will be notified of their win by email (using the email address provided at entry into the Prize Draw) by 20 February 2023.
11. If the winners do not respond to the Promoter within seven (7) days of being notified by the Promoter, then they will forfeit their Prize and the Promoter will be entitled to select another Entrant as a winner.
12. The Prize (in the form of official invitations) will be sent to the three winners electronically via email in March 2023.
13. The Prize offered by the Promoter is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. The Promoter will either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place – being the surname and county of the winner. If any Entrant objects to their surname and county being published or made available in the event that they win the Prize Draw, they should contact the Promoter here: www.tcslondonmarathon.com/help/contact-us. Where applicable, the Promoter shall provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
16. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
17. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or that of its employees. The statutory rights of the Entrants are not affected. 
18. The three winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Prize Draw, including but not limited to the publication of their name (or any part thereof) in any form of media. By participating in the Prize Draw, the winners agree to all such publicity and use of their name (or any part thereof) by the Promoter.
19. Personal data supplied for the purpose of this Prize Draw (being name, email address and home address of the Entrants) will only be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, which can found here: www.tcslondonmarathon.com/more/privacy-policy.
20. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
